Who is the Culbertson Team?

 

Jason Culbertson is your licensed Realtor serving the Johnson and Miami counties in Kansas as well as Jackson and Clay counties in Missouri. He is also a licensed loan originator in both Kansas and Missouri.   His wife Susanna is also part of the team.  She is available to help make any and all aspects of buying or listing a house or commercial property easier and a little more fun.  Jason and Susanna are the proud parents of six children. To really understand who The Culbertson Team is you have to look at the values they hold dear.  These are the values they believe in and teach their children. The first of which is living The Law of Attraction.  Not only do the Culbertson’s believe and live the law of attraction they teach their children to know it is our thoughts and feelings that create our lives.  Using your thoughts to build the life you want  is taught to the entire family from an early age. On top of  this, an attitude of gratitude is the prevalent attitude for The Culbertson Team.  The Culbertsons understand only by being grateful for what they already have will they be given more.  It’s not all “airy fairy” teachings in the Culbertson home though, kids are taught early to understand the ways of business and to effectively manage problems in the real world.  Teaching the kids morals and values, what is right and wrong is important to Jason and Susanna.  They know if these values are instilled early in life their kids  will be ready to take over the family business when the time comes.  They know having been raised with these family values the kids will continue to run The Culbertson Team in the positive and effective way their parents have begun.  If you haven’t guessed, family is the core value of The Culbertson Team.  This value shows up at family dinners as well as story time with Daddy before bed.  It goes so far beyond that, it encompasses their whole business philosophy.  If you choose to work with The Culbertson Team you become part of the family, and can expect to be embraced by the Culbertsons and treated just as they would treat any other family member.  The Culbertson Team has been serving the Olathe and surrounding areas since 2000.  Jason Culbertson is familiar with the ins and outs of the area, the schools, the neighborhoods, and all the other things people look for when buying a house.  He has grown up in the area and not only works in the community, but is part of it. In addition to being a licensed realtor Jason Culbertson is also a licensed loan originator in Kansas as well Missouri.  Jason will assist you in finding the perfect loan for your situation.  He will take the confusion out of terminology, rates and loan types and find you just what you need to make purchasing a home an easy and fun process. 

 

Property Management

 

Do you currently own property ~ residential or commercial ~  are looking for someone to manage it?  The Culbertson Team also offers property management.  The intention of The Culbertson Team in regard to property management is for you to be able to collect the checks, and not worry about your property.  The Culbertson Team will do all the worrying for you.  They will manage and hire landscapers, maintenance persons, collect rent, show the property to potential renters/leasers, handle contracts, they will even call the plumber at three in the morning if there is a plumbing issue at your property.  The Culbertson Team will take care of your tenants from beginning to end of their stay in your property, including cleaning the apartment and getting it ready for the next tenant.  The Culbertson Team will handle EVERY aspect for you, so you just sit back and let your property earn you a passive income.  Property management services are based on a percentage of rent income.  The percentage is dependant on a variety of factors.  If you are interested in The Culbertson Team managing your properties, please contact them for an estimate for your personal situation.
